We are dedicated to providing our customers with the lowest prices on our products. If you find a lower price on an identical item from a legitimate competitor in South Africa within 30 days of your purchase, we will match it.

Here are the terms and conditions for our price match guarantee:

1. Product Eligibility: The item must be identical in brand, model, size, color, and packaging.
2. Competitor Eligibility: The competitor must be a legitimate retailer with a physical storefront in South Africa.
3. Price Eligibility: The competitor’s price must be in South African Rand (ZAR) and include all taxes, fees, and shipping charges.
4. Price Match Request: You must provide written proof of the lower price, such as a screenshot or a link to the competitor’s website, to our customer service team.
5. Price Adjustment: We will match the competitor’s price and provide a refund for the price difference within 7 business days.
6. Exclusions: We do not price match auction sites, marketplaces, discount clubs, or discontinued products.
7. Limitations: We reserve the right to limit the number of price matches per customer and per item.
