Promoter

  • The promoter of this competition is Luckys (“the Promoter”).

Competition Period

  • The competition will take place on Saturday, [insert date], during store trading hours only.

Eligibility

  • The competition is open to all customers visiting participating Luckys stores.
  • Customers must be 18 years or older to participate.
  • Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and associated partners are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

  • Customers who spend R1000 or more at participating Luckys stores qualify to participate.
  • Five (5) golden eggs will be hidden in-store.
  • Participation does not guarantee a prize.
  • Prizes are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to customers who successfully find a golden egg.
  • Each participant may only claim one (1) prize.
  • Once all golden eggs have been found, the competition will immediately end.

Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a R2000 Luckys voucher.
  • The voucher is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
  • The voucher may only be used to purchase products up to the value of R2000 at participating Luckys stores.
  • Any remaining balance after a purchase will not be refunded or credited.

Winner Selection & Claim Process

  • The first customer to find each golden egg will be declared the winner of that egg.
  • The winner must present the golden egg to store management immediately.
  • Valid identification and receipt of purchase to the value of R1000 or more may be required to claim the prize.

General Conditions

  • Customers must follow all store safety rules; running, climbing, or unsafe behaviour is prohibited.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry or participant.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Liability

  • The Promoter will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage suffered as a result of participation in the competition or use of the prize.

Amendments

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By participating in this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
