How it works:

• Simply shop online at during the Expert Black November Sale between 24 October – 30 November 2025.
• Every online purchase automatically enters you into the Win Your Purchase Back competition.
• Five winners will be randomly drawn — one each week — on these dates: 3 Nov | 10 Nov | 17 Nov | 24 Nov | 1 Dec 2025.
• Winners will receive a refund of their full purchase amount.
• Winners will be announced weekly on our social media pages — keep an eye out to see who’s getting their money back!

Terms & Conditions 

1. Eligibility
   • Open to South African residents aged 18+ only.
   • Employees of Expert Stores, affiliates, and immediate family are excluded.
2. Competition Period
   • Valid for online purchases only made between 24 October and 30 November 2025 on www.expertstores.co.za.
3. How to Enter
   • Each completed online order within the period counts as one automatic entry.
   • No separate entry or form is required.
4. Prize Details
   • Five winners will receive a refund equal to the value of their qualifying winning purchase.
   • Winners will be selected via random draw.
5. Draw Dates
   • Winners will be drawn on:
     3 Nov | 10 Nov | 17 Nov | 24 Nov | 1 Dec 2025
6. Winner Notification
   • Winners will be contacted via email or phone within 5 business days of each draw.
   • If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days, an alternative winner may be selected.
7. Prize Fulfilment
   • Refunds will be paid upon verification of purchase and identity.
   • The refund applies only to the value of the qualifying purchased item(s) and excludes delivery fees.
8. General Terms
   • Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
   • Expert Stores reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without notice.
   • Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
   • Expert Stores’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Publicity
   • By entering, participants agree that their initial and surname may be publicly announced if selected as a winner.
