TERMS & CONDITIONS

Campaign Period: 11 August 2026 – 31 August 2026

Winner Announcement: 01 September 2026

1. THE PROMOTION

1.1. The Luckys “She Deserves More” Women’s Month Campaign (“the Campaign”) is brought to you by Luckys Discount Centre (“Luckys”).

1.2. The Campaign is open to qualifying customers who purchase selected qualifying products during the Campaign Period.

1.3. The Campaign is valid from 11 August 2026 until 31 August 2026.

2. HOW TO QUALIFY

2.1. Customers who purchase Cloud Nine beds, Rest Assured beds, or Defy appliances to the value of R5,999 or more during the Campaign Period will automatically qualify for an entry into the Campaign.

2.2. Qualifying purchases may be made in-store or online through Luckys.

2.3. The minimum qualifying purchase value of R5,999 must be met on a single qualifying purchase/order.

2.4. Only purchases of Cloud Nine beds, Rest Assured beds and Defy appliances qualify for entry.

2.5. Customers must retain their proof of purchase, as this may be required to verify their eligibility.

3. THE PRIZE

3.1. Winners will stand a chance to win Luckys in-store Home Upgrade Vouchers to the total value of R10,000.

3.2. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the Home Upgrade Vouchers.

3.3. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable for cash, or redeemable for cash.

3.4. The prize may not be combined with any other promotional offer unless otherwise stated by Luckys.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT

4.1. Winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Campaign Period.

4.2. The winners will be selected through a random draw conducted by Luckys.

4.3. The winners will be announced on 01 September 2026 on Luckys’ official social media platforms and/or contacted directly using the contact details provided with the qualifying purchase.

4.4. Luckys reserves the right to verify the winners’ qualifying purchase and proof of purchase before awarding the prize.

4.5. If the selected winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period or is found to be ineligible, Luckys reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

5. ELIGIBILITY

5.1. The Campaign is open to customers who meet the qualifying purchase requirements and are eligible to participate in promotional competitions in accordance with applicable South African law.

5.2. Employees, directors, management, representatives and immediate family members of Luckys, its associated companies, advertising agencies, promotional partners and suppliers involved in the Campaign are not eligible to enter.

5.3. Luckys reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, incomplete, duplicated, invalid or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

6. GENERAL

6.1. By participating in the Campaign, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

6.2. Luckys reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Campaign should circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

6.3. Luckys reserves the right to verify all qualifying purchases and entries before awarding the prize.

6.4. Luckys’ decision regarding the Campaign and the selection of the winner is final, subject to applicable law.

6.5. By participating, the winner agrees that Luckys may use their name and/or photograph for reasonable promotional and marketing purposes relating to the Campaign, subject to applicable privacy legislation and any required consent.

6.6. All personal information collected in connection with the Campaign will be handled in accordance with applicable South African privacy legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
