To the Directors of Luckys. I cannot thank you enough, I am at a total loss as to the absolute kindness you both and your staff offer the commnity. My dear friend who recently moved into the Margate Retirement Village, her husband, health wise basically deteriorated over night and needed a hospital bed. He was falling out of a normal bed, needed a bed to lift his upper body so he could eat and drink., so the urgency of a hospital bed was of paramount importance. The one sister at the MRV recommended that we contact Lucky's in Manaba. , I went there and was referred to another section of your business across the road from Bargain Express. The gentleman Hassien (sp) attended to.me. Explained that apparently you have about 25 automated beds, but currently all out on loan, but there is a manual bed that he can offer. Kept apologizing it is not automated. Gosh, you ave no idea how indebted we are for the use of the hospital bed, my friend's husband is terminal and she is really battling with him as he keeps falling off a normal bed. Then, this gesture is offered free, another absolute blessing and you have no idea how much this has helped her. You both are truly amazing for what you do for the community and your staff were also so kind in helping me, a total stranger. My gratitude I cannot express enough.
